Nvidia har netop udgivet nye Officielle ForceWare 196,21 driver til Windows XP, Vista og 7. Disse drivere er kun til GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, 100, 200 og ION serien. Disse WHQL-drivere tilføjer SLI og multi-GPU understøttelse til en lang række af spil: Avatar Demo, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, City Bus Simulator, Dirt 2, Ferrari Virtual Race, GREED: Black Border, Mass Effect 2, Mortal Online, Ninja Blade, Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising Demo, Planet 51, RUSE, Serious Sam HD, og Wings of Prey . De indeholder også en række bug fixes. Driver-pakken indeholder desuden 9.09.1112 PhysX drivere.

- Supports single GPU and NVIDIA SLI technology on DirectX 9, DirectX 10, and OpenGL, including 3-way SLI, Quad SLI, and SLI support on SLI-certified Intel X58-based motherboards.
