Sorry for writing in english.
I have spend most of the morning tweaking my 16GB(2x8) DDR4 memory on my AMD Ryzen 1700X system. I have used these programs to tweak my system.
If you want to try with your Zen/Zen+ system its on your own risk.
Thaiphoon burner:
http://www.softnology.biz[...]
Ryzen Dram calculator:
http://www.overclock.net[...]
Thaiphoon burner reads the specs of my memory modules and what type of memory modules that are used on the pcb(Micron, Samsung, Hynix).
The program also have the ability to create a report to be used in the next program, open the program Press "Read" tab and chose a memory module. It will look like this:
http://uglevang.dk[...]
Then i press the "Report" tab, and go to the bottom of the report and click on:
"Show delays in nanoseconds"
Then chose "Export" and click "Complete html report". It will prompt you to save the html report. Save it! :)
Now open Ryzen Dram calculator 1.2.0 beta 2.
looks like this:
http://uglevang.dk[...]
Press "Import XMP" navigate to where you have saved the html report from Thaiphoon burner, and open it.
At me it looks like this when imported:
http://uglevang.dk[...]
Now i choose my cpu type as Zen, and witch memory type i have. ( Thaiphoon burner says i have Micron d-die, there are no option for micron d-die in the dram calculator so I choose Micron b-die, and test if it is stable)
Also what memory speed that i want to try and run. (in my case i choose 3066Mhz in the "Frequency MT/s), and V1 in "profile".
Now i press "Calculate safe" and the end result is like this:
http://uglevang.dk[...]
Taking a picture of the results with my phone, i went into my motherboards bios, and entered the result:
My system specs:
Ryzen 1700X
ASRock ab350m pro4 bios 4.70
16 GB(2x8) Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000Mhz
And here is my findings/results, i used the test tool on userbenchmark.com and came up with these results:
