hey HoL! jeg vil som sagt gerne købe en ny gamer PC. Den skal gerne kunne køre HoN og MW3 ( når det udkommer), rimmelig godt. jeg er frisk på at samle selv, men jeg vil gerne lige have jeres garanti på at de forskellige dele i foreslår kan køre sammen. mit budget er på omkring 5.000 med windows 7, jeg har selv skærm. på forhånd tak :-)

http://www.komplett.dk[...] Mit bedste bud hvis vi snakker mest bang for the buck for budgettet. Der har du mulighed for at overclocke senere også. Godt grafik kort, super cpu, okay bundkort, okay ram, fin psu, harddisk og kabinet er der sparet på, men ikke noget der betyder det store.

Ye well, was just an alternative scenario if he was to "stumble" upon an alternative to windows 7 :p [BLUE]//Tekst fjernet[/BLUE] But yes its the cheapest P67 mobo on komplett.dk so obviously its not that amazing, but it does its job and will do 4.5 ghz overclock like any other p67 mobo, though 4 phase power design isnt ideal its enough for that. But ye idd its worth putting in 100-200kr more on the motherboard side of things.

My tip: http://www.komplett.dk[...] - RAM is 1600 CL9 1.65v for 279 ... but BIOS will set it @ 1333 CL9 1.5v ... and you could set it @ 1333 CL7 1.65v ... so it`s better than 1333 CL8 1.65v for 299dkk. Cpu cooler swap - asap. I`m done here :)

#9 You can use the activation key to download image file and burn onto a usb stick from the microsoft homepage. Not only is it 3-6 times faster than from a dvd, its also alot more convenient. And jokes about polish people never get old, just ask the american's. I can make fun of them aslong as my last name is Ptak :P just like black people can make fun of black people! and yes i do realize what a lame last name that is, but it sounds cool to the people that dont understand its meaning.

# 10 Yeah, i`ve seen your e-mail address :D (and i won`t tell you what it means ... beside ... bird :x). Do you have a link to this official microsoft page? Hmm ... but if you buy windows ... on a DVD ... then wouldn`t it be easier to put the DVD inside and install than ... downloading the image with the activation code from DVD(?), creating flashable USB ... and installing windows? With my last upgrade - i thought i`m gonna take DVD-RW from my previous PC ... but it turned out it was an IDE/ATAPI. I`ve had a "new PC", Windows 7 DVD and no DVD to install the OS ... thank god USB exist :)

#11 Belive you can buy it directly online and download it as an iso image. I use the windows tool designed for that atleast, when i burn my "original" windows 7 ultimate image onto my bootable usb stick. http://download.cnet.com[...] Also please do enlighten me if Ptak means something more :P regardless of what that might be ^^

I don`t like to overpay a lot ... because then i feel like someone cheated on me. You can buy Windows 7 retail for 1300dkk including delivery. I was using HP USB flash tool + copied files from DVD-RW on usb ... and it worked :) Also a simple way ... but you always need 2nd computer to do it - the same with downloading. And it`s more work to do. With DVD - you just put the DVD into DVD-RW ... and that`s it ... so add +150 to # 3 because i doubt # 0 will buy retail version for 1599dkk and will install it via USB :P And please, always stick to # 0`s demandings, f.e."mit budget er på omkring 5.000 med windows 7" ... because i always do it ... and "my PC" is always the worst one ;) P.S. And today you should go to sleep @ 01:00 ;) My plan is 00:00.

Was up for 36 hours only just woke up here around 18.00 ^^ Yes its overpriced, was only proving my point that it was doable, and you can get windows 7 home premium for 700kr-800kr in stores. I was just saying that you dont really need an optical drive today, which is true. And it will only become more true as time goes and more and more people get access to faster internet.
