Special criterias for the RuneScape 3:
99 Combat Stats. 2250+- Total IS a necessity, if you have close to it, then it is okay. I'd prefer anything with a decently high Summoning + Combat stats, aswell as Overloads.
Special criterias for the RuneScape OldSchool:
High Slayer is required or if not, then it HAS to have some nice skills.
Special criterias for the CSGO Skins:
Have to be high-tier, or atleast something with a decently high value.

And a newly dinged Level 100 Shaman, which has gear optimized for Enhancement, nothing impressive though.
