It`s OK but ... if i was limited by a budget and would like to build PC for games - i would buy the best components which will offer the biggest amount of fps, because that`s what you need = to play with ultra details and AA/AF without lag. So: 1. motherboard - AsRock P67 Pro3 - 650dkk http://www.computersalg.dk[...] 2. cpu - i5-2500k - 1550dkk http://www.computersalg.dk[...] 3. RAM - 2 x 2GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9 - 200dkk http://www.computersalg.dk[...] Why "only" 4GB? Because it`s enough: http://www.tomshardware.com[...] http://www.bit-tech.net[...] However if the PC is also for some programming, graphics programs - 8GB would be OK, if not - only for gaming - save those money for more important components for gaming. And the most important component for gaming is graphic card, then (in some cases) cpu - as not everry game is cpu sensitive = in some games faster (better architecture) cpu don`t give you more fps. 4. PSU - OCZ ZS 650W - 550dkk http://www.computersalg.dk[...] Unfortunately you have to send an e-mail to computersalg.dk because the name is "StealthXStream II" but when you check product info: "Varenr.: [770416] / OCZ-ZS650W-EU / OCZ Technology". And it`s OCZ ZS 650W which you should buy, not the Stealth XStream II, so ask them if it`s the OCZ ZS 650W for sure. 5. HDD - WD Caviar Blue - 600dkk http://www.computersalg.dk[...] 16,32,64 MB cache - really doesn`t matter. 6. DVD-RW - OK - 150dkk 7. Case - if you like CM 430 - 400dkk, OK, but extra fans needed. There`s also 430 Elite but with black side panel (no window): http://www.computersalg.dk[...] It looks like this: http://classic.pcb.se[...] There`s a small difference - Elite 430 with window has installed front 120mm fan, and the one without window (black side panel) - 120mm on the back. But it`s not a problem to remove the front fan to the back (Elite with window). Fans for case - at least one extra so you have 1 x back + 1 x top fans: a. If you don`t care that much about silence then you can buy those fans: http://webdanes.dk[...] b. More silent: http://webdanes.dk[...] c. If you prefer silence then: http://webdanes.dk[...] Unfortunately the standard Cooler Master 120mm fan will be loud. And ... why webdanes.dk? - because you can buy there cheap 120mm fan ... and that`s why you have to buy there also a case, because it`s much cheaper: http://webdanes.dk[...] - so "fragt is free". 8. cpu cooler - stock / Intel standard cooler for now - you can always change it for a better one, it will be easy to do due to cpu cooler cutout in the case. 8. graphic card ... but so far the PC`s price is ... +- 4200dkk. GTX 560Ti 448 cores: http://www.computersalg.dk[...] This card is like GTX 570: http://www.techpowerup.com[...] - and faster than "normal" GTX 560Ti. So that`s my tip for you.

1 question. Since radeon 6950, can be flashed to be a 6970. Wouldn't that be better, since it seems to perform better. + its cheaper?.

"since it seems to perform better" - where do you see it? ;) In some games 6950 -> 6970 (if you succeed to flash it) will be better, in some 560Ti 448 cores but the difference is so small that we can say that both cards (flashed) are similar.
