- AMD PHENOM II, 1090T x6 (6x3.2ghz) 8MB CACHE (AM3), BLACK EDITION
- GIGABYTE KVALITETS BUNDKORT 870A-UD3 (USB3, SATA3, CROSSFIRE)
- HD6850 1GB DDR5 GRAFIKKORT (XFX, BLACK EDITION), m. HDMI, DVI
- 500GB HARDDISK, 7200RPM (WD) (+149KR FOR 1000GB)
- 4GB DDR3 1600MHZ HYPER-X KINGSTON RAM "DUAL CHANNEL"
- 650W GAMER STRØMFORS, 17DB, ULTRA STØJSVAG, HIGHEND
Kan det på nogen måde lade sig gøre at selv at bygge en computer der er lidt bedre til ca samme pris? Har prøvet at samle dele på edbpriser men ender med at koste mere.

G9, G15, G25, G35, Bose Companion 5 At the moment my monitor is a 15inch 1024x768 :) It will however be upgraded to a 22" inch going 1920x1080. And yes, 6k without windows. If a sandy bridge setup is much better and can be purchased for around 7k, I could consider spending that much.

Yes, Sandy Bridge is a lot better so there`s no doubt - you should buy SB.
ASUS P8P67 + i5-2500K will be fine.
But i don`t know if you would like to buy it now and in april/may replace your motherboard or wait for april/may?
P8P67 has 4 x SATA 600 which aren`t affected - as the SATA 300 are, so you wouldn`t use all of them anyway.

I would definitely wait for the fixed chipset. I am in no rush. What about the new GTX 560 TI, would that be the gfx to get at this budget?
I see you are a firm believer of quiet setups. I am too myself, so anything I should be worried about in that matter?

GTX 560Ti is a very quiet card - comparing to others - so you don`t have to worry about it. This one or HD 6950 1GB .. maybe Gigabyte GTX 560Ti super overclocked:

Noise comes from fans, and you have them everywhere (PSU, GFX, case fans, cpu cooler), HDD makes some noise from time to time - so GFX isn`t the only component you should be worried about ;)

1. - Gonna get some RAM that I can buy in Denmark i think
2. - Going for stock cooler to begin with. price > noise atm im afraid.
3. - Awesome case, a bit more expensive but it looks excellent.
4. - Always had a thing for Western Digital, but guess I could try a Samsung
6. - Ya, I have switched to Asus P8P67 mobo and their GTX 560 TI gfx instead of the Gigabyte.

Hvor mange sata 6gbit/s er der da i et af de SB motherboards? I så fald kan man så ikke bare lade være med at bruge 3 gbit/s ?
så længe der er 2 6gbit/s sata ports, en til en harddisk og en til et cd drev (som bruges til installation af windows 1 gang)
og så er det det?

1. With RAM - you should buy @ memoryc - shop has great reviews and the RAM is a small package - "fragt" costs +-50dkk. The prices that they have there are really amazing.
But if you decide to buy in Denmark - you could buy those:

But as you can see - you will pay more ... for worse component (CL8) - so it`s not worth to buy the RAM in DK.
4. You can buy WD if you want but that Samsung had good reviews so you could try it :)
6. Gigabyte`s 560Ti SOC is a super overclocked version = gives you more fps.
ASUS DirectCU II use standard speed (10MHz faster clock is like nothing), so you can as well buy default 560Ti - has also good standard cooling especially as the price is very good:

I would get one of those cards for a discount because of the fault, and then never care about the sata 400
