First - check where the noise is coming from. Is it in games, with cpu load?
Mostly it`s all about fans ... and some low - end components can create electrical noise.
Replacing fans would help ... but if you have bought a DT400 it kinda mean ... that you don`t have so much $$$ 4 custom fans - Noctua NF-S12B FLX 120mm(180dkk), Noctua NH-D14 cpu cooler - 600dkk.
If you have a stock cpu cooler - it`s like Honda`s engine under load.
Probably the case isn`t high end = cheap fans = bad performance.
PSU - also uses fan.
There are some PSU that are completely silent, and you can hear them from time to time (under higher load). But they cost 1100-1500dkk.
So ... silence is expensive.
Maybe someone else can give you links to good fans @ decent price, my only supplier is Noctua, which offers expensive products (but amazing quality / performance).

AMD/Intel http://www.pcgameshardware.com[...] Undgå Tomshardware/Anandtech tests Arctic Cooling GT reaches 2000rpm ... so it`s also very loud. No sense to pay 199dkk for this crappy thing.

#1 & 3#
Thanks for the explaination, the noise is getting really intense the games so i assume it's the cpu fan that's causing the noise.
Since you say the upgrade from mm-visions site (to the Arctic Cooling GT) is a bad idea, do you know any other cpu fans that could make my computer silent? If not tell me how many RPM the cooler, i'll be looking for, should have, thanks.
#2
Har nu bekæftet at det er cpu køleren der larmer, hvilken funktion har bundkortet og hvorfor siger du det skal skiftes? tak.

Alright i looked up Noctua products on Komplett.dk
Prices seems fair to be honest (300-500dkk) but i can't really understand anything from these specs:
Socket 1366, 1600 RPM, 64,3 m³/h, 17,6 dBA, 92mm Cooler (specs taken from random cooler)
Can you tell me what specs i should be looking for? and maybe explain me the specs. thanks.

P965BE 4gig ram 5850XFX BE + Asus N82jv + G27 + 42" + Z5500+Z2300 + PS3 #4 Hmm.. Nu når du har købt den med det 'dårlige' bundkort - Så er det jo den perfekte mulighed for at se om det er brugbart, for sent at gøre noget ved det nu alligevel - Hvad siger cpuz? Køre dine ram dual channel 9-9-9 i 667mhz(1333mhz)?:-) Bare nysgerrig.
Den #6 forslår er en god billig køler, og køleren kan du netop gøre noget ved:)
