Der er forskel på Outlook Express og Outlook 2002.
Express ligger i f.eks. Windows XP, mens Outlook 2002 er en del af Office 2002-pakken.
I Express kan man - som # 5 skriver - tillade vedhæftede filer ved at fjerne fluebenet i
i "Funktioner --> Instillinger --> Fanebladet "Sikkerhed"
I Outlook 2002 findes den mulighed ikke, men fra en tidligere tråd om emnet har jeg sakset:

Outlook 2002 blocks the access to a list of potentially unsafe
attachments. There is a way to work around this:
Start REGEDIT and navigate to the following subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMICROSOFTOFFICE10.0OUTLOOKSECURITY and create a new string value named Level1Remove. Now modify the newly created subkey and type in the first attachment you want to unlock f.e. .exe (don't forget the dot in front of the extension!), all other attachments you want to access need to be separated by a semicolon (;) f.e. .exe;.doc;.xls
