I`ve been overclocking i7-2600K @ 4,4GHz @ 1.3v with NH-D14 operating at ... 500rpm :-x
It was 90 degrees while stressing the cpu with prime95 SmallFFT`s, but ... 500rpm is like ... you don`t hear it (and there`s really very low air flow).
NH-D14 operates @ 900rpm or 1300rpm - normally, and ... due to your temps. acceptance - you can get 4,5GHz with both speeds and having decent temps. (also probably lower voltage with Haswell).
So what`s the point of H100i, when NH-D14:
1. will be enough
2. will be more silent
3. there`s no pump (which might break and might make noise)
4. is cheaper.
What about temps.?
- due to many of benchmarks ... there`s no big difference (and it`s hard to say which way = if NH-D14 or H100i wins)
... all depends on fans.

The only thing is RAM compatibility, but if you got HyperX - low profile RAM - then it`s fine.
